Email Manager can analyze a sample of your recent sent emails to learn your tone, phrasing, and workflow. This helps generate better draft replies that sound like you.

This is optional, runs once, and uses only subject lines and short previews — never full email bodies. You can skip it now and enable it later in Settings.

Quickest. One-time setup cost ~$0.01. Good starting point.

Standard — last 50 sent emails

Recommended. One-time setup cost ~$0.02. Better tone accuracy.

Deep — last 100 sent emails

Most accurate. One-time setup cost ~$0.03. Best for heavy email users.

Only subject lines and short previews (max 255 chars) are sent to Claude. Full email bodies and attachments are never read. The learned profile is stored locally in your browser only.
